Foreword: January 3 2019

We hope everyone had a great holiday season!  We’re looking forward to seeing what 2019 will bring.  So far, it has brought us a new hallway project (design a snowman,) a new table topic (every snowflake is unique.  I am unique because…) and a new display (local authors.)  Also, Twiga is back!  She had a nice vacation in the North Pole, but is happy to be back here in the library.

Fox Cities Reads has announced their selection for 2019 – Evicted: Poverty and Profit in the American City by Matthew Desmond, which focuses on homelessness, poverty, and affordable housing.  You can request this book here: http://search.infosoup.org/iii/encore/record/C__Rb2079327__Sevicted__Orightresult__U__X7?lang=eng&suite=def or by calling (920) 984-3094.
