Time is running out to submit your Summer Library Challenge forms. Forms may be turned in through August 31.
Storytime is taking a brief break and will return September 15.
The library is hosting after-school programs for youth on Tuesday afternoons starting September 6. The themes will repeat the same week of each month.
The program held on the first Tuesday of each month is Nailed It, which features building challenges and activities. Board games and group games take center stage on the second Tuesday of each month with Game On! The third Tuesday (Wired) features technology and gadgets, and participants will get crafty on the fourth Tuesday. (Any 5th Tuesdays will be a wildcard.)
Ten groups participated in the Breakout the Superheroes escape room, and congratulations to the teams that escaped! Kudos to everyone who gave it their all! For those of you who missed out or are eager to try again, we’ll host a new escape room experience later this year.
