Foreword – October 10, 2022

We’re hosting a new escape room on October 28 & October 29. Are you ready to save the world from a zombie apocalypse by releasing an antidote in time? This experience is family friendly but success is more likely (though not guaranteed) when the group includes a few middle/high school students or adults. Hourly time slots are available on Friday, October 29 starting at 10:00 AM with the final time slot starting at 6:00 PM and on Saturday, October 30 starting at 9:00 AM with the final time slot starting at 1:00 PM. Space is limited, and registration is required. Registration opens on Monday, October 10. Please contact the library at 920-984-3094 or stop in to sign up.

The library is hosting a painting class for adults on Friday, October 21 (6:00-8:00 PM). (Teens are welcome too!) We can’t promise that your trees will be happy, but if the thought of acrylic on canvas makes you smile, this is the class for you. Registration is required and space is limited. The deadline to secure a spot is Friday, October 14, but we may be able to accommodate late registrants on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact the library at 920-984-3094 or stop in to sign up.

The library will be closed the morning of Wednesday, October 19 for a special shelving project. Library hours on Wednesday, October 19 will be noon-7:00 PM. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Storytime is back on Thursdays at 10:15 AM. Children and their caregivers are welcome to join us for stories, songs, and more!

The library is hosting after-school programs for youth on Tuesday afternoons, 3:30-4:30. Game On! is  Tuesday, October 11, and the Wired program on October 18 will feature Snap Circuits.
