We may be taking a break from programming as the summer winds down, but the Summer Library Challenge is still underway!
Participants may record their activities through August 11 and may turn in their activity sheets through August 31. All youth participants who complete the challenge may choose a free book to keep!
There is a PACE session on Wednesday, August 9 at 10:00 AM for youth and their caregivers. Join Ms. Tammy for stories, songs, crafts, and more!
The school year is rapidly approaching, and the library is a drop-off site for Community 2000’s Annual Back-to-School Drive. Community 2000 is collecting new school supplies to be distributed to area students in need. New school supplies of all types are welcome.
It’s not too late to complete the Community Survey! We hope members of our community and service area will find the time to complete a community survey to help us know how we can serve you better. We’d like to hear from adult library users and non-users. All who complete the survey will have the option of providing their name and contact information to be entered in a drawing for one of four, $25 Amazon gift cards. (Thank you to the Friends for providing the gift cards!) The link to the digital survey can be found on the library website and Facebook page. Paper copies of the survey are available upon request at the library. The deadline to complete the survey is Sunday, August 20.
