Foreword – September 30, 2024

While summer is our busiest season, there’s a lot going on this fall!

Storytime continues on Thursdays at 10:15 a.m. Children and their caregivers are invited to join us for stories, songs, silliness, and more! This month’s programs focus on elements of growing up.

Youth after school programs continue. Youth are invited to join us on Thursday, October 3 at 3:30 p.m for a technology program featuring the Dash robots and their coding friends.

A special youth program is scheduled on Thursday, October 10 at a special time (4:00 p.m.)—Paint After School! Our Paint Night instructor, Ashley, will have a project for youth. The program will also run longer—the planned end time is 5:30, though we’ve built in painting time until 6:00 p.m. All supplies will be provided. Space is limited, and registration is required. The deadline to secure a spot is Friday, October 4, but we may be able to accommodate late registrants on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact the library at 920-984-3094 or stop in to sign up.

Calling all adult (and older teen) aspiring painters! Come and breakout your paintbrushes and your artistic skills! Yarn arts enthusiasts of all abilities and types (including knitters) are welcome, but we’ll only provide instruction for crochet.
